轉筒烘干機工作原理
通(tong)過(guo)電力(li)、柴(chai)油力(li)、風力(li)、易燃物力(li)等產生動力(li)利(li)用環境空氣加熱(re),輸送到貫通(tong)周圍,進而達到適(shi)當(dang)溫度進行除濕處理。
干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)的(de)濕(shi)(shi)(shi)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)由皮(pi)帶輸送(song)機(ji)(ji)或(huo)斗(dou)式提升機(ji)(ji)送(song)到料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)斗(dou),然(ran)后經(jing)(jing)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)斗(dou)的(de)加(jia)(jia)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)機(ji)(ji)通過(guo)加(jia)(jia)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)管道(dao)進(jin)(jin)入(ru)加(jia)(jia)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)端。加(jia)(jia)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)管道(dao)的(de)斜(xie)度要大于物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)的(de)自然(ran)傾角,以(yi)便(bian)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)順利流(liu)入(ru)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)器(qi)內(nei)。干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)器(qi)圓筒(tong)是(shi)一(yi)(yi)個與(yu)水平線略成傾斜(xie)的(de)旋(xuan)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)圓筒(tong)。物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)從較高一(yi)(yi)端加(jia)(jia)入(ru),載(zai)熱(re)體(ti)(ti)由低端進(jin)(jin)入(ru),與(yu)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)成逆(ni)流(liu)接(jie)觸,也有載(zai)熱(re)體(ti)(ti)和(he)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)一(yi)(yi)起(qi)并流(liu)進(jin)(jin)入(ru)筒(tong)體(ti)(ti)的(de)。隨(sui)著圓筒(tong)的(de)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)動物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)受重力作(zuo)用運行到較底的(de)一(yi)(yi)端。濕(shi)(shi)(shi)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)筒(tong)體(ti)(ti)內(nei)向前移動過(guo)程中,直接(jie)或(huo)間(jian)接(jie)得到了載(zai)熱(re)體(ti)(ti)的(de)給熱(re),使濕(shi)(shi)(shi)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)得以(yi)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao),然(ran)后在(zai)(zai)出料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)端經(jing)(jing)皮(pi)帶機(ji)(ji)或(huo)螺旋(xuan)輸送(song)機(ji)(ji)送(song)出。在(zai)(zai)筒(tong)體(ti)(ti)內(nei)壁上裝有抄板,它的(de)作(zuo)用是(shi)把物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)抄起(qi)來又(you)撒(sa)下,使物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)與(yu)氣(qi)流(liu)的(de)接(jie)觸表面增大,以(yi)提高干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)速(su)率并促進(jin)(jin)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)前進(jin)(jin)。載(zai)熱(re)體(ti)(ti)一(yi)(yi)般(ban)分為熱(re)空氣(qi)、煙道(dao)氣(qi)等(deng)。載(zai)熱(re)體(ti)(ti)經(jing)(jing)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)器(qi)以(yi)后,一(yi)(yi)般(ban)需(xu)要旋(xuan)風除塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)將氣(qi)體(ti)(ti)內(nei)所帶物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)捕集下來。如需(xu)進(jin)(jin)一(yi)(yi)步減少尾氣(qi)含塵(chen)(chen)量(liang),還應經(jing)(jing)過(guo)袋(dai)式除塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)或(huo)濕(shi)(shi)(shi)法除塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)后再放排放。
